Meals Questions:
How do I heat the meals?
Our containers are Microwavable, Just pop the meals in the microwave for 3 minutes on full power. No microwave? No problem! You can also heat our meals in a pan
or in the oven
How long do the meals last?
Meals delivered on Sunday will last fresh in fridge until Thursday/Friday depending on the dish.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, you must order at least 3 meals.
How is your food prepared?
All of our meal prep is cooked by skilled chefs, trained to the
highest level, who have decades of combined experience working in kitchens.

Can I freeze the meals?
If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life ( 5 days), You can freeze the meals and consume them within 2 months. If you freeze your meals, be sure to Place the frozen meal in the fridge on a plate for one day to defrost, or microwave your meal straight from the freezer and add a few extra
minutes to your usual cooking time, however we encourage you to eat fresh to ensure maximum flavor.
What is VitaMeals commitment?
Our commitment is to provide high-quality, fresh meals. However, Once the meals are
delivered to you, the responsibility for handling and storing them safely lies with the customer.

What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across all the Northern district, in addition to Tel Aviv district and Haifa district. for further informaton please contact our support team
Do you deliver on anydays except Sunday?
Currently we only deliver on Sunday
How will my food bedelivered?
All our meals are sealed in trays in a Modified Atmosphere Environment, which maximizes shelf life and preserves quality.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery fee starts from 25 ILS
What if I’m not home?
If you will not be at home during your delivery slot, please make sure you put down a safe place to leave your order or a friendly neighbor who will take the order in for you. As our meals are delivered fresh, meals cannot be returned to sender.
Will the courier call ornotify me when they deliver?
yes, please make sure you stay available on Sunday evenings, driver will call you when he delivers the order then was before you.
